As a sales agent, you’ll be responsible for handling the sales process from start to finish, interacting with incoming leads, demonstrating the company’s services, and closing the deal. Previous experience in a similar role is essential, preferably within the financial industry. Our client is looking for a confident individual with outstanding verbal communication skills. The ideal candidate will also be driven, constantly striving for more.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Converting warm leads into sales by demonstrating the services available
  • Creating your own sales opportunities by cultivating leads through channels like LinkedIn and other social media platforms
  • Building relationships with both potential and existing customers, ensuring that they receive a high level of customer service
  • Managing accounts, ensuring that detailed and accurate records are maintained
  • Responding to sales emails
  • Managing your time well, keeping on top of the various tasks you’ll have on a day to day basis
  • Providing feedback from customers, to be used in driving product development

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience working in sales is essential
  • The candidate will have fantastic verbal and written communication skills, as you’ll be working via both email and telephone
  • The ability to manage a sales pipeline, keep the data clean and stay on top of tasks
  • Someone with a proactive attitude, happy to follow up on any lead, big or small
  • An interest in the financial industry would be beneficial
