Project Manager

As a project manager, you’ll be ensuring that client projects run smoothly and are delivered on time, working closely with the department heads to coordinate resources effectively. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and communication skills, and would ideally have experience working in a similar role. Our client is looking for a self-motivated, creative problem solver, who is always looking to make improvements to various processes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Delivering on multiple projects simultaneously, with full awareness and understanding of the status of each workstream
• Ensuring every project has appropriate resources
• Coordinating the work within the business, ensuring each individual is utilised based on project requirements and budgets, as well as their own area of expertise
• Keeping to budgets and deadlines, monitoring your progress through tracking software
• Regularly reporting to senior management about the status of projects
• Reporting on inefficiencies, and identifying opportunities to improve billing of tasks, such as through automation
• Creating briefing documents to ensure effective and efficient handovers
• Organising and running meetings with various stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in project management preferred
• Knowledge of web technologies, capabilities and limitations, as well as different project management methodologies
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple projects and demands
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• A well organised and proactive individual with a proven track record of problem solving
• Someone with high attention to detail and the ability to identify and suggest efficiency improvements while on task
