Tell me a little about yourself (in a few sentences):

My name is Will, I am originally from Bath but have lived in Bournemouth for over 12 years.

I have worked in Financial Services for more than 8 years, I have experience in collections, underwriting, complaints handling and I currently work in real-time lead management.

What has been the proudest moment of your career?

Leading Leadtree Global UK to two consecutive record breaking months in 2022.

What hopes do you have for your industry moving forward?

That the financial climate of the UK will stabilise, allowing for a higher volume of lead exchange, which in turn will allow the market to grow and Leadtree Global to flourish.

How do you think a business can nurture employee buy-in for its objectives and values?

By recognising the skill-sets of its employees and giving them the resources and facilities to operate, while allowing them to manage their own workload.

What advice would you give to someone looking to work in a similar role to yours?

Utilise the talent of your co-workers.

What do you do to unwind?

I am an avid gym-goer, I enjoy socialising and eating out, I also like football.

What are the values within your job role?

Time management, people skills, organisation.

What advice would you give to your younger self?

Don’t set yourself any limits.
